Out With A Whimper? : Attorney General says Mueller investigation 'close to being completed'

Well it looks like the Roger Stone arrest was as we suspected, largely a show orchestrated to make it look like Mueller had done something. Almost 30 FBI agents showed up Gestapo style in full gear at 6 in the morning even though everyone knew Stone would turn himself in if told to. His attorney had reportedly conveyed this, and Stone has been warning that he would be indicted for months. But you know, we needed to get some pictures for CNN in straight up 3rd world style. Classy.

It's about time Mueller wrapped things up. Maybe he has something in his back pocket. If so let's see it. Maybe Roger Stone wasn't the finale. That the Stone indictments were for mostly non consequential things is of little concern of course. So what? MUST...GET...TRUMP.

And it sure looks like there was no Russian collusion, at all. But, who knows? Maybe Mueller can pull this debacle out of the cesspool with tongs. Maybe it will all be worthwhile. Maybe it will not have been one giant colossal waste of time, money, and energy. Maybe.

Now what about all the collusion we KNOW about in and around the Obama White House and the Clinton campaign? Are we going to get to the bottom of that?

(From The USA Today)
Special counsel Robert Mueller's review of Russian interference in the 2016 election is "close to being completed," Acting Attorney General Mathew Whitaker said Monday, suggesting that the investigation that has roiled Washington for nearly two years may be nearing its conclusion.
“Right now the investigation is I think close to being completed," Whitaker said in his first public comments on the probe he now supervises. "I hope we can get the report from Director Mueller as soon as possible."
